Biography

Taylor is a Certified Athletic Therapist based in Calgary, AB. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge and a Post-Bachelor’s Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University. Growing up playing ice hockey, she developed a deep appreciation for athletics and the importance of injury prevention. After stepping away from the sport she loved, Taylor knew she wanted to stay connected to the athletic world by helping others stay healthy, active, and injury-free.

In addition to her work at Acumen Clinic, Taylor stays active in the community by working on the sidelines with rugby players in the summer and youth hockey athletes in the winter. Taylor works with a wide range of clients, from athletes to those managing chronic pain or recovering from surgery. Her approach focuses on creating personalized exercise programs that replicate the movements and demands of each client’s lifestyle or sport, helping them return to the activities they love with confidence. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, abilities, and activity levels, and is committed to providing personalized, effective care for everyone she works with
