Biography

Sarah is committed to creating supportive, inclusive and positive experiences for everyone she works with. Her early years as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader shaped her discipline, resilience, and teamwork, which are qualities she now brings to her work.

With a Bachelor of Kinesiology and hands-on experience in rehabilitation, she is deeply passionate about helping patients feel informed, empowered, and encouraged throughout their care. Her interest in health advocacy and community engagement continues to influence her professional growth and dedication to patient wellbeing.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys dancing, baking, and traveling. She is excited to contribute to a compassionate, collaborative team at Acumen and looks forward to supporting patients through their recovery journey.
