Kara brings over 10 years of experience in customer service, including several years working in care homes where compassion, patience, and meaningful human connection were at the heart of her work. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong passion for creating lasting relationships and ensuring people feel valued, heard, and supported.

A lifelong learner, Kara is always looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally. She believes that curiosity and continuous learning help her bring fresh perspectives and better service to everything she does.

Outside of work, Kara stays busy being a dedicated mom. She also enjoys practicing yoga to stay balanced and energized and loves expressing her creativity through sewing projects.
