A recent graduate of NorQuest College and NAIT, Juliana holds a diploma in Business Administration along with certificates in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks. She brings a detail-oriented, organized approach to her work and takes pride in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment for everyone she interacts with. With a strong customer-focused mindset, Juliana strives to ensure every patient interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. She enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes while making sure patients feel comfortable, supported, and well taken care of throughout their experience.

Outside of work, Juliana enjoys staying active through fitness and spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves adding to her ever-growing plant collection and is always looking for her next plant to bring home.
