Biography

David brings over 20 years of experience in Athletic Therapy, with a career that spans roles such as Head Athletic Therapist at the Okanagan Hockey Academy, a position with the Victoria Salmon Kings, and a distinguished 13-year tenure with the Vancouver Canucks. His expertise in the field has been instrumental in shaping the athletic development and well-being of athletes across various levels.

David holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba and Athletic Therapy Certification from the University of Winnipeg. His therapeutic approach combines manual treatments with tailored exercise programs to alleviate pain, enhance movement efficiency, and empower his patients with a deeper understanding of their injuries and long-term recovery strategies.

A resident of West Kelowna, David is actively involved in the local ringette and softball communities and enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and coaching. Now with Acumen Health, David is excited to continue supporting athletes, and individuals of all ages in their recovery and performance journeys.
