Biography

Cayden is a Kinesiologist at Acumen Clinic Edmonton, where he helps athletes and clients build strength, recover from injuries, and reach their performance goals. He also works alongside our surgical team as a clinical scribe, supporting patient care and documentation.

Cayden completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta and has trained hockey, baseball, and ringette teams while supporting clients in both performance and reconditioning settings. As a former volleyball captain and track and field athlete, he brings his own athletic experience into his coaching, with a passion for helping young athletes grow and succeed.

Outside of Acumen, Cayden enjoys training in the gym, running, and staying active outdoors. He also takes pride in his work as a community support worker for an individual with Down Syndrome. He has spent time traveling through multiple countries in Europe, exploring new cultures and experiences, and he values time with friends and family whether that’s sharing a meal, playing games, or just relaxing together. These interests keep him balanced and bring the same energy and positivity into his work with clients.
