With more than 10 years of experience in residential construction, Ashley brings a strong background in payroll, bookkeeping, and overseeing general operations. She joined Acumen with deep expertise spanning safety, finance, and day-to-day operational support. Ashley values strong team relationships and is committed to fostering a positive, caring workplace where people feel supported and empowered to succeed. She is known for her problem-solving abilities, strong work ethic, and warm, welcoming smile.

Outside of work, Ashley is always on the move—whether she’s at the hockey rink or enjoying time outdoors with her son. She loves spending time with him, as he keeps her laughing, busy, and inspired every day. When she’s not on the go, Ashley enjoys reading and exploring new hobbies.
