Bryce completed his Bachelor of Human Kinetics and Master of Health and Exercise Science at UBC Okanagan and is currently pursuing a PhD specializing in neuromuscular physiology and sport performance. His research focuses on athletic performance, fatigue, and recovery, with an emphasis on translating research into practical applications for athletes and clinical populations.
At Acumen, Bryce oversees research and applied sport science initiatives across all clinic locations. He develops evidence-based testing protocols, performance monitoring systems, and data-driven assessment strategies to support practitioners in optimizing performance, guiding rehabilitation, and informing return-to-performance decisions.
Based out of Acumen Kelowna, Bryce works with practitioners across the organization to provide research support, education, and performance services. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, playing recreational sports, and spending time with family and friends. Having grown up playing hockey, soccer, baseball, and golf, Bryce brings firsthand experience as an athlete to his work and understands the demands and goals of sport at every level.
